This unit has a base of a wallet card, with five key tags attached. The Five Shopper is flexible enough to accommodate membership tags for a household, with a couple of refer-a-friend or discount coupons, too.
We carry many different dieline configurations, so if this particular product isn't the one you are looking for, please ask us. It is likely we have an existing dieline, or custom dielines can be made at an reasonable additional charge.
